I especially bought these because of the corona virus. I checked the CDC list for disinfecting wipes (look at EPA Reg number) and it was on the list. I also bought extra to give away to friends and family and they were so thankful.

These are NOT Lysol wipes! I’m frustrated with the reviews people comparing them. Yes, they do disinfect. Yes, they are comparable in size and count. Yes, they do the same thing Lysol wipes do. But NO they do not smell like Lysol wipes. These have a VERY distinct Lemongrass smell. If you’ve ever smelled Lemongrass, they smell just as they are titled. It is a bit off-putting when you are expecting the Lysol smell. But, if you know and expect Lemongrass, you won’t be disappointed. It’s a very essential oil type of smell.Do these work great? Yes! Are the comparable to Lysol wipes? Yes! Do they smell like Lysol wipes? No! They work just as convenient and great though.Happy with the purchase and getting used to the smell.

I am one of those people that doesn’t make a purchase without researching every option and price to get a good deal. So I was searching for an all natural disinfecting wipe and after literally hours I decided to try this item out despite some reviewer saying they leave a weird smell. I actually do not mind the smell and you get used to it after awhile. I would say they are comparable to leading toxic brands like clorox in cleaning up messes. They do tend to foam up and leave an initial residue but dries clear. Anyone on the fence about purchasing an all natural disinfecting product should begin by comparing the ingredients in this product to that of the big named products, then google some of those ingredients. You too will soon realize not worth risking your own health by using anything besides natural cleaning products.

I love these wipes! I use these in the classroom and at home. The students all notice and really like the lemongrass scent. They are VERY sensitive to odors and will remark anytime anything smells bad, so I know this product is very natural. I don’t love the scent, but it’s not offensive to me. At home I use these to clean out lunch boxes. I used to use chlorine based wipes for that purpose, but then I let the lunch boxes air out to get the chemical smell out, and the next day I would wonder if all the chemical fumes were out while I was loading up the organic produce and hot meal in their lunch. This product at least makes me feel like I’m reducing the kids’ exposure to chemicals! Really nice product, cleans very effectively, classroom desks come out gleaming instead of smeared with pencil!

I wanted to write a review about these because they are really different. I bought them initially because I couldn’t get Clorox wipes or Lysol wipes anywhere.Finally. After checking availability every single night for a week straight. These came up. I bought several. At first? The scent was strange and overpowering as I wasn’t expecting ANYTHING like that! It’s very different from the other disinfecting wipes. The other products smell more antiseptic more mediciney, and this is definitely an organic experience!! Spicy. Like rosemary and basil.I took me a few days to adjust my sniffer, but once I got used to what was just an unfamiliar scent? I started to really love them!I’ve been using them for a while now, and I absolutely ADORE them. My first choice always from now on!And they do a great job of cleaning and disinfecting. It takes a second or two for the wiped down wet surface to dry completely. But then? They dry streak free!! The scent lingers – I recommend them SO highly.Don’t give up on these right away. It’s just that you’re not used to the smell. The smell is not something you have previously equated in your subconscious as a “disinfectant” type scent, but in a very short time? You become comfortable with it, It becomes very pleasant. Especially when you don’t get out of your house for days at a time; I’m wiping my kitchen counters all the time now just because I love how it makes my kitchen smell.

I was so intrigued to smell this product after reading the reviews. I am happy to report that they definitely smell like a “natural” product, and my opinion is that the smell is pretty good. Not bad. I think it smells just like natural, bug spray, if you’ve ever used that. It’s the thyme oil. If you don’t love the scent, wear gloves, because the smell will cling to your hands for a while. So yeah, they don’t smell like other (chemical) disinfecting wipes you’ve used. I’m really impressed that a naturally derived, essential-oil based product is effectively disinfecting and EPA registered.I am also pleased that the wipes are really good and wet, not half dried out like a lot of disinfecting wipes I’ve bought in the past (even name brand), because a quick swipe of any product is not enough to disinfect a surface; it has to stay wet for a bit to be effective. Packaging is perfect. Happy to have found them!

First off, let me say it is hard to find any kind of disinfecting product to begin with, nevermind wipes! I found these by accident and I am truly glad that I did. The only thing I regret was not trying to buy more! Secondly, I know there are more ways than one to disinfect surfaces… especially when at home; however, for purposes of disinfecting commonly used surfaces that others, including coworkers, use like a shared workstation and vehicles, I need every possible quick and easy way to disinfect a surface when possible. Thankfully, I found these wipes, which will help me greatly. I do think they are not the best smelling wipes ever, but they could be worse andtm their intended purpose was for cleaning, so that is the least of my worries. Thanks to Sevent Gen and Amazon, I have a way to help keep myself and my family safe from the virus.

If you are lucky enough to have the option to grab these wipes go for it!!! I’m not an “all natural” “holistic” type of person, but since it’s incredibly HARD to find my other name brand products, I bought these. And I’m satisfied. Yes these wipes have a distinctive smell. I’m not going to paint a pretty picture, some people hate the smell, some love the smell…. I (like others) tolerate the smell. It’s not like it will make you puke, it’s just different. With the way things are around the world, it is important to keep your house clean and disinfected, so these babies do the job. Also based on my calculation they are not price gouging!!!It is wrong/ridiculous/malicious how some vendors are selling essential products for 5x it’s worth. My experience with the delivery was awesome, They were packaged well and arrived To my front door in tact. Let’s stay safe and continue to pray/send -good vibes for health to all. Happy shopping!!

We dearly love these wipes and have, over the past few years, bought hundreds of canisters of them (and hundreds of bottles of the spray) for use in our homes, businesses and animal rescue facilities. We used to purchase them in bulk from another online provider, but they quit carrying them. I went back to their site to order a few dozen canisters and, poof, they had disappeared. I searched and found that Amazon had the wipes at the same price, so I was thrilled. Further, the Amazon ones are shrinkwrapped, whereas the other seller used to put these adhesive strips over the tops of the canisters to keep them closed in shipping. Removing these strips was a real PITA, so we were thrilled to see Amazon’s were shrinkwrapped. No more cut fingers or ripped labels.I highly recommend this Seventh Generation product, which I also want to note is wonderful at quick stain-removal tasks (food on your clothes, carpet or car’s seats or carpeting). They have just enough surfactant (soap) to do the job.UPDATE 3-2-20:Seventh Generation has apparently “updated” this product, which now has an orange lid and different label artwork. More importantly, though, I believe they have changed the formula to alter the former scent, which I dearly loved (I found it soothing), but which many people did not. Unfortunately, we have found that since the reformulation, these wipes now turn our fingers and fingernails orange…and it lasts for days! (Sure, we should wear disposable exam gloves while using them, but this isn’t always practical.) I don’t object to the new scent, but actually preferred the old one. And, as someone who’s been involved in the graphics business since the ’80s, I think they could have done a lot better on their label design. Further, just before updating this review, I visited the Seventh Generation site and noticed that they are still showing the former packaging (green lid and former label). Odd.

We have used these Seventh Generation wipes for years now. The last couple years they have been used almost solely by our 4 to 6 year old child for cleaning. These are easy enough for him to get one out of the tub without three more coming with it. They are also thick and strong enough for him to be able to clean multiple tables or do a wipe down of the bathroom with just one wipe. Because these don’t contain harsh chemicals like most of the other cleaning wipes on the market, I don’t have to worry about my child using them with bare hands, or having any kind of chemical residue on the hands even after washing them. They do a wonderful job of cleaning, smell nice, and are safer to use. We will continue to use these for years to come!
