Good quality Pyrex measuring cups which are naturally easy to clean, but the quality isn’t quite as good as the older Pyrex versions from 20yrs ago. The markings seem to be durable but the handle where your thumb grips the top has an annoying tiny bump that’s sort of pointy but not quite sharp so it feels annoying because it’s not supposed to be there, it’s just a manufacturing flaw. Other than that, they work fine just like the very good quality ones from 20yrs ago. I’ve poured 300F oil into them, boiled water in the microwave with them, and washed them about 15-20 times and they are fine, contrary to some previous reviewers who said the markings wore off within a few uses. They probably got counterfeit knock-off ones because real Pyrex measuring cups have maintained their high quality for over 30yrs that I’ve used their brand.

What can I say, Pyrex is always my go to for their glass measuring cups. The last one I had lasted 8 years.Never broke; even after countless encounters with our kitchen floors. It had been with me for 3 moves and across the country for two of them. The only reason I replaced them was because the measuring units were completely faded or gone entirely. Not bad for almost a decade of use.I was very surprised to see that this set was so inexpensive.I will always trust Pyrex and would recommend their products to anyone.

These nesting Pyrex measuring cups are super thick glass. They’re of excellent quality (and replacing the one I forgot on the stove full of boiling soup that exploded hot glass and soup noodles everywhere all in the gas burners. Don’t do the stupidity that I did. Doubtful anyone else will lol anyway, these measuring cups are pretty bougie and the nicest measuring devices in my home now. They’re accurate, since that’s their one job. They’re not pots, that’s not their job as mentioned earlier. Yeah. I’m way more excited about these than I ought to be because they’re really fantastic. Nuff said.

Nice and sturdy. Very strong, thick, reliable glass measuring cups that work well as mixing bowls. All of these measuring cups surprised me by their large size. I could eat large bowls of cereal and ice cream out of these. With room to spare.Pyrex seems pretty good and dependable. I liked the price and the reviews. I’m glad I chose this set of glass measuring/mixing/pouring cups for my DIY skincare products. They are versatile, useful glass measuring cups/bowls that are helpful in various recipes and I’ve even eaten cereal and soup out of them!I wish the spout was a little bit longer for more precise pouring. But overall they’ve always come in handy.

I’ve been married 22 years I beg I cook.this is one heck of a great measuring said you would like it just don’t crash it like I did on the tile floor.I didn’t crash this one across the one before this one so this was a replacement for something that I had crashed on the tile floor because of my wet hands and it slipped out of my hands on you know where this is going.but this is an awesome awesome measuring cup set.I’ve been married 22 years I beg I cook.this is one heck of a great measuring said you would like it just don’t crash it like I did on the tile floor.I didn’t crash this one I crashed the one before this one so this was a replacement for something that I had crashed on the tiled floor because of my wet hands and it slipped out of my hands and you know where this is going.but this is an awesome awesome measuring cup set

I bought this 3 piece Pyrex liquid measure set to replace other Pyrex cups I had for over 25 years, one of which finally chipped on the rim and the other finally shattered when I dropped it onto the floor. The new addition was the one cup measure that I had never had before, and I love it!I like that the 4 cup measure is now shorter and squatter that my old one. I frequently mix batters right in the 4 cup measure to make them easy to pour out (in measured amounts, which cannot easily be done with just a mixing bowl), and the new shape makes the cup work more like a mixing bowl. I haven’t used a hand mixer in it yet, but I don’t see why I couldn’t.Of course, like all Pyrex they withstand hot, cold and the dishwasher, and being glass they come clean easily and don’t stain. I love being able to heat things right inside them in the microwave.I like this set so much that I bought another for our travel trailer. They stack, which makes them space saver, too.

I’ve been trying to phase out plastics from my kitchen, so when I accidentally melted a hole in my OXO angle measuring cup (my last holdout because I really like the ability to read from the top), it was time to make the switch. These are the same classic (maybe? Apparently Pyrex changed the formulation some years back?) measuring cups my mom had when I was a teen and they seem to be just as reliable. It’s good to have cups I can use with hot liquids again, and even put in the microwave. Hard to go wrong with Pyrex.

I love measuring cups, esp tempered glass with metric & imperial readings, and in small increments down to 1/4 c for the two smaller items. Both the 1 c and 2 c measurings cups increments start at 1/4 c, with increments in 1/4 and 1/3 c; and 25 mL and 50 mL, respectively. I prefer these over mixing bowls because they have a handle and measurement markings. As some have noted, this new breed of pyrex has a greenish cast vs colorless of earlier generation PYREX. Also, this newer generation has thicker walls than previous. Something to do with glass composition or processing…green indicates soda lime glass, colorless indicates borosilicate glass. For me, I don’t mind the composition or processing difference, as long as it is tempered glass. This is tempered glass. Also as some reviewers have rightly complained—pouring spout design seems to have changed, for the worse. My old PYREX pouring spouts were perfectly designed. I did not need to pour at a snail’s pace to avoid spilling. Now, to avoid spilling using the new generation of pyrex ware, you have to pour very slowly to avoid spilling. Why change a great design, for the worse? The new manufacturer should go back and follow the pour spout design of the old PYREX, back when Corning made the glassware.Well, overall, other than the annoying pouring spout issue, I still highly recommend pyrex measuring cups. You can’t own too many, and this set is a great bargain if you happen to catch a promo, as I did with my purchase.

These seem to be typical Pyrex measuring cups. Seem to be thick and well made. I didn’t realize how much I liked the handles until I got a glass measuring cup with a handle that is more like a mug…. it doesn’t stack well in your cabinet. However, these three stack perfectly well because of the open ended handle. I had read reviews about Pyrex quality not being what it used to be when heated in the microwave and possibly breaking, however, we have not had that happen so far (although we have only had them a few days). I also did not realize how much I would appreciate the red lettering until I got another mug with green lettering which is not nearly as easy to be read as the red lettering. I believe I chose the best set.

I’m so glad I bought these. I’ve been a homemaker for 35 years, and I’m always needing measuring cups and varied sized containers for mixing small batches of food. These serve both purposes. The price for this set is excellent. Print is easy to read, and pouring is smooth. I don’t intend to put these in the dishwasher because other glass measuring cups I’ve owned in the past had the letting to fade with time. Not sure if these will have that problem or not. These cups nest inside one another, saving cabinet space. They are a good, solid weight and feel sturdy.
