I ordered this Oxo grout brush to go with the Eureka Environ steam floor cleaner, but the brush came first, the steam cleaner took a month to arrive and still hasn’t been used. I have been using the brush on grout and dirt on my tile floors (living, dining, kitchen and hall). The tile is rough textured and was hard on my nails when I tried scraping stuff off, but this little brush is doing a great job!I have an Amazon parrot and her droppings were very hard to get up off the rough tile and grout. I am so glad I bought this brush! It’s great and so far isn’tshowing any sign of wear. My nails and paring knives thank Oxo for making the brush and Amazon for suggesting it when I was ordering the steam cleaner.Update 1/2/13 – This brush gets frequent, tough use – and it’s still holding up its end of the purchase. If you have “rough” ceramic tile with improperly sealed grout that discolors easily, you’ll be really happy you have this handy gadget. The steam cleaner sucked on the floors so it wasgiven away, but I kept the brush!UPDATE: 3 years later and this little brush has held up extremely well, far better than expected. I’m still using it and cannotbelieve how much I have used it and the bristles are still stiff and work like new. GREAT product!

It’s sometimes kinda awkward to hold but it’s still a lot easier than the “triangle” loop scrubbing brushes.Anyone who wants firm bristles this isn’t the brush for you. I like how these bristles are strong yet move flexibly. Kinda like an XXXXL toothbrush.Perfect for me when I clean faucets, skinks, tiles or the bathtub.

Used it to scrub some tile that was nasty looking in shower and bottom of toilet. It was easy to use. Very sturdy and small enough to get into tight spots. Works well. Cleaned shower and around toilet great. Didn’t have to spend a lot of time doing it. Cleaned everything fast

Love. Good for getting into corners of showers and other places in need of cleaning. The bristles are softer than I anticipated, so it may not be ideal for heavy-duty applications but it works well for me. I had scum on shower window and the soft bristles were great for getting at the corner where glass meets vinyl (without damaging). I was able to get behind a faucet that was just replaced on sink (the old residue was still there). Well worth the money. I love OXO products. Have yet to try one I don’t like, in fact. Well-designed with users in mind.

This brush is considerably larger than a toothbrush and grips well in the hand. They call it a “a grout brush”; not for brushing freshly poured grout (cement), but for brushing in grout joints between tiles.I tried the brush in the shower using CLR liquid cleaner and the brush does a fine job of getting the CLR cleaner deep into the joints and the calcium, lime and mold deposits out. Also brushed the shower head several times and let the solution stand. Very satisfied about the results. Because of its narrow brushing head, the brush does well in the commode under the outer lip where fresh water enters and also down deep in the narrows of the commode.I also use this brush to brush the hardware fittings on my boat that have rusted. It works well. The brush is unlike any brush I have ever seen in the brick and mortar stores. When this one wears out, I will reorder another.

I love these OXO brushes, particularly this Grout Brush and also the Corners & Edge Brush (http://smile.amazon.com/OXO-Good-Grips-Corners-Brush/dp/B00004OCLT). I find reasons to use this. The bristles aren’t too abrasive and don’t fall out when you scrub hard. It fits in odd/hard-to-reach places because of the narrow width of the brush end. The grip end is comfortable with a silicone like rubber coated handle. You don’t feel like you have to grip it too tightly to do a good scrubbing job — so for this reason, I can only imagine that it’s ideal for arthritis sufferers (I’m not a physician and I’m only guessing here….but it really was comfortable to use, and I have had surgery on my thumb tendon on my dominant hand, so I do notice when things are difficult to grasp, especially for a long period of time as might be expected with a scrub brush, depending on what’s being cleaned — and no fatigue/pain here after using this brush). Plus, the colors are really sharp — off-whitish grey countered with black and, my personal favorite, orange. I believe the orange and white bristles might be manufactured with different strength materials to maximize your scrubbing power.

I got it to clean my hair brushes lol but oh my goodness its such a good brush for so many things! and it holds up really well too alot better than other brushes I got from amazon and walmart to clean with. It makes me want to buy more of them that way I can clean easier I just wish they made a wider one just like this. It cleans sinks really good too, like the faucet part. Its a dam good cleaning brush, and it cleans my hair brushes so good they look brand new. Doesn’t even leave a piece of lint behind.

This is a stout and sturdy grout brush. Firm bristles that will not break down when applying pressure. A firm grip handle that feels sturdy and substantial. Allows me to apply significant pressure when scrubbing the grout. Results are fantastic. Very pleased with this purchase. Five stars.

Okay, so I bought this to clean my bathroom… then I never got around to using it for that purpose.I did, however, discover it makes a SWELL back-scratcher.Unused, mind you… it was never used on clean grout or anything… untoward…… so it make a FINE scratcher for those out-of-reach itches.I’m just sayin’.
