I’ve been looking for an inexpensive set of speaker for my very tinny sounding laptop. These work perfectly! Obviously they’re not Bose but good enough for the occasional times I’m not using headphones and listening to music. For voice they’re darn good! Plus side is I can just hook my headphones right into the speakers. A plus! Another plus is no bright light which can be very annoying. Total plug and play.If you’re not looking for hundreds (or thousand) dollar quality this is the set!UPDATE! Started out with a bit of static. No big deal then. It’s been getting worse over time. VERY annoying. These speakers are not moved. Just sitting on my laptop table. Love that I can plug and unplug my headphones into these but when I do use headphones (tried several pair so it’s not the phones) the static is horrible. Enough that even volume doesn’t block it out. Thinking they may have to go back.

So I’d been using this speakers set at home since 2014, not a lot of use as I don’t used to have the computer on for long time at home but whenever I needed then would work reliable without any issue whatsoever.Since 2020 I’ve been working from home and certainly had been using more but not a lot of more, again this time not for music but for the typical work call from time to time. For music I’d been using an awful OontZ Angle 3 ULTRA speakers [if you read my review you can certainly understand how awful]. I’d been hating this setup since forever, overall because I want to buy the Edifier 1280DBs (don’t have the money yet), but it never occurred to me just to use these speakers to listening the music, as I don’t need then to work, and boy this its way way way better.Of course it’s not something amazing or even great for an audiophile but for me that has been using this crappy set up it’s a huge improvement until those Edifier arrive next year.

I can’t believe the quality of these speakers for $20. I just wanted to upgrade my laptop speakers and not surprisingly these are a massive upgrade. Initially I was looking at studio monitors or bose computer speakers, both of which were around $100 for a pair. Then I toyed with the idea of getting a $50-$75 logitech or similar system that included a sub and satellite speakers. Then I decided I didn’t want to risk purchasing a low-mid range computer audio system only to be disappointed, so I decided I’d go for a basic, traditional pair of speakers. It was between this pair and an Amazonbasics pair and I noticed that this Logitcech pair had 5W total RMS power compared to Amazon’s 3W total RMS power, so I went with the Logitechs. I’m very pleased I went with these because not only are they more powerful than other speakers in their price range, they sound great too. They don’t distort except at extremely high volumes. They get plenty loud to fill a room with clarity at high volume and also have halfway decent bass. I also really like that these plug into the headphone jack of the computer and doesn’t require me to use up a USB port. If I want to listen to my headphones, there’s a jack on the right speaker. This is a seriously good value for a pair of computer speakers. Unless you are VERY picky and consider yourself an audiophile snob, these are perfect.

It’s so nice when products just do what they’re supposed to do and you don’t have to worry about them. That’s what these speakers have done, out of the box they were easy to plug into the aux port in our desktop and they have been working well ever since. The sound quality is great, no fuzz on the high pitch or the deep base, and the look is very professional, somewhat reminiscent of Bose speakers. I really appreciate the headphone jack on the front of the speaker because no matter what anyone says, there is NO WAY to gracefully check the back of your desktop tower in heels and a skirt-suit. The only drawback is that there are sleeker speakers out there that might not take up as much desk space but the quality and low cost definitely outweigh that inch of space in my opinion.PROS: Low Cost, High Quality, Professional Looking, Aux Port On Speaker Face, Great SoundCONS: Not as sleek as some other models available*** Did you find this review helpful? Logitech Z130 speakers arrived on time and in excellent condition. It’s not often that I have enough similar products to run a comparative reveiw. However, in this case I have 3 pairs of budget priced, AC plug in, amplified speakers. These speakers are all offered by Amazon and Amazon Prime. In the order that I will review them, they are: the Cyber Acoustic 2.0 (CA2014), the Logitech S120 and the Logitach Z130. CYBER ACOUSTIC 2.0 (CA2014)PRICE: $11.88BOOST: Very good. These spkrs. have the most amplification of the 3 sets reviewed, though there is some distortion at full volume.SOUND: Flat and tinny. Spkrs. have little or no bass and therefore are not a good choice for music, movies or TV. Voice does come through loud and clear so these might do well for classroom audio presentations. Remember, these are small spkrs., so they’re not going to be adequate for a really large area.MISCELLANEOUS: The separate on-off switch is a nice touchCONCLUSION: Though the spkrs. do work, these units seem to have the least quality applications of the three sets tested. LOGITECH S120PRICE: $12.49BOOST: Good. While the amplification is not as great as the Cyber Acoustic spkrs., the S120’s still work well for most applications.SOUND: Very good. Seems to have the most accurate sound reproduction of the three sets. Little distortion.MISCELLANEOUS: These spkrs. are rather narrow which can be handy for tight spaces, but can also tip over easily. I wound up using Velcro to keep them stable.CONCLUSION: A very nice, inexpensive set of amplified speakers for all around use LOGITECH Z130PRICE: $19.70BOOST: Very good. The Z130s have almost or as much amplification as the Cyber Acoustic spkrs. The difference is that that CA spkrs. has most all of its boost on the treble side, whereas the Z130s boost is spread between bass, mid range and treble.SOUND: Very good. The Z130s have basically the same qualities as the S120s, except the Z130s are louder and have a little more bass.MISCELLANEOUS: Though small, these spkrs. are very attractive and have a wide base, which makes them very stable.CONCLUSION: I have tried the Logitech Z130 spkrs. on TVs, computers, tablets and MP3 players, and though these spkrs. do cost a few dollars more, I believe these are the best of the three sets of spkrs. tested.

These speakers are killer for the price. No static and small as can be…you can tuck them outta the way if you have little space. You really will be blown away at how much sound you’ll get outta these. Perfect to replace your crappy laptop speakers and for your desktop computer too. They do require ac adapter power….just fyi. If you want similar sound on just usb power I’m pretty sure this product has a sister product that is just usb only, that also has great reviews too. But honestly, these are good enough….whether you’re gaming, watching Netflix, or the occasional webinar or YouTube video, don’t buy some high end name for the brand name you have sitting on your desktop. These rock and I’m sure you’ll be very satisfied as I was…it actually shocked me how good they are. I paid like 16 buck for these at the first of Nov. 2016, and they are worth every penny. I hope this helps your buying decision.

I bought this pair of speakers because the sound volume and clarity were poor on my laptop’s internal speakers. I was streaming from a classical music station when I turned on these speakers for the first time–instantly I had that sense that I was THERE with the orchestra! Very few speakers achieve that at any price. The Logitechs have an unusual presence, clarity, and very low distortion that belies the $19.99 price I paid. The volume control is also a power on/off switch. Since the set has an A/C power supply, the volume range is impressive. There is no treble and/or bass control, but the quality of sound is such that I don’t find myself reaching for those controls. Logitech wisely designed the plastic speaker cases so that the high-end driver is tilted upward–i.e., aimed at where our ears really are located. Does this product reproduce deep bass? No, and I didn’t expect a lot of bass–the laws of physics work against great bass from such a small unit. Better not to have it than to endure the boominess and other kinds of distortion that result from forcing bass on a system that can’t handle it. For my purpose and considering the low price, the system sounds fine without it. To my surprise, there is no noticeable coloration of sound by the speaker cases; also no rattles, buzzes, or annoying resonances.I hope the person who designed this set, which provides so much at this low price point, got a paid vacation for two and a promotion.

I purchased these because the speakers on my new fancy TV suck. these work great for what I needed. The sound is good, there are no vibrations or fuzzy sounding when they are turned up. It allows us to hear out of the front of the TV as apposed to the back. My boyfriend has trouble hearing just the TV. If you are looking for something that sounds good but easy on the budget, this is your item.

I purchased these speakers for my office computer.I have used these for over 6 months now and I must say I am really really impressed. The sound quality is great I have had zero issues whatsoever with this product. These are great desktop speakers. Full range, beautiful sound easy to install and use. To be honest I didnt test these out at the loudest setting since I really never had the need to but the music that I did play on it at a fairly loud regular volume sounded really crisp and clear.Again I have been using these day in day out for over 6 months now with no issues sound quality is perfect and the price point is unreal! If your looking for a quality desktop speaker or maybe just something for your room, go with these! If you found my review helpful it’d be great if you please click yes below. The media could not be loaded.  There is no denying that these speakers are well worth the money and shipping. First off, I was expecting them to come in on Feb. 13th. I ordered them Feb. 10th and they arrived on the 11th so basically I got overnight shipping.Next, they were delivered quickly in the morning so getting home from errands at 10AM to see them sitting by my door was awesome. The inside was packed with care and there are no signs of damage to the speakers nor the box.Setup was literally 10 seconds. I have a custom built pc that my only option to getting some sound out of it was by using a headphone jack operated set of speakers and these look and operate beautiful. I read the reviews about its bass quality which I haven’t tested yet but surely will, so that is why it gets a 4 star in that area (for now.)I gave an upload of 2 pics to show how they look, as well as a video to showcase the sound quality. Sounds amazing. Amazon came through again for me. Once again, I am a happy customer :)
