Good old standby, these are always good dependable batteries, they don’t last as long as a smaller ones however I feel there a good value. I purchased them for the automatic cat feeder that I had gotten and they have not let me down. If you have to have these big heavy batteries this is the brand to buy

Yep. Ordered “D” batteries and that’s what I got! lolI bought a couple of those Mr. Beams floodlights that run on batteries. They do a great job of lighting up my very dark driveway. But I have them mounted up in a tree, one on each side of the driveway. And they’re a good 10’ up. So changing the batteries is kind of a pain. I don’t want to do it too often. I trust Duracell batteries. They last. And Amazon has a good price and get them to me overnight. Good deal.I recommendThanks for reading

These came in perfect condition, no bleeding, checked with multi meter and are at full charge, and the exact number I needed for my Coleman Lantern. I,m almost 62 y o a and a Do-it-Yourselfer from the day I could swing a hammer, and Duracell has always been my go to battery for performance and dependability when it comes to Alkaline Batteries.

What can I say about Duracell “D” batteries that hasn’t already been said? Well, they’re certainly cylindrical and heavy. And shiny, too. Thank you, Duracell. These should last me 10 years because who uses D batteries anymore, anyway? I only bought these because I have a giant mag flashlight that scorches your flesh when it lights up, so it needs the power of D batteries. Otherwise, I wouldn’t even need D batteries, you know? But, all you Duracell D fans, hurry up and order some before nothing uses Ds anymore. Enjoy!

I’ve always been a Duracell fan…well not always, but made the switch a while back. Slightly less expensive than the other main brand and seem to last a good long time. Although it seems that you can run into one now and then that does not last long at all. I get that more with then AA and AAA batteries, but I have noticed it on more than one occasion. So some QC issues in them factory I think or they are sitting in storage too long. But I digress…these are good batteries. Not a lot of money to save buying on Amazon versus Home Depot, but it saved me a trip and I was not in a hurry.

I been a Power and Power Electronics Engineer for over 35 years and have life tested small and large size batteries as well as small and large UPS Systems used on US Navy Vessels. Duracell dry cell batteries performed best and lasted the longest These batteries are used in smaller devices like flashlights and motion detectors.

Duracell is my go to brand for batteries. They are the longest lasting batteries which deliver the most consistent quality. Incredibly reliable. These D batteries are no different. They are simply better than the competition. They are not the cheapest but they are the best 100 %. 5 stars.

We bought this CopperTop D Alkaline Batteries with the reclosable package. These batteries are great for devices that get a lot of use and will last for a long time. These Duracell batteries were really durable, especially for high drain products. These batteries are of high usage and still living up to their promise! Love the Duracell brand and the CopperTop Alkaline batteries are now our go to battery brand in our household!!

Of all the batteries I use, I really dislike D size. They’re heavy, and I understand that they have to be. So the question was, do I want to spend a small fortune on rechargeable D’s or get the tried an true Duracell D. You know the answer. I use these in one huge flashlight and in two motion sensor lights on our house. I can’t tell you that these are better than the bunny batteries, but from my experience, these just keep going, and going, and going. Since the motion sensors are used on a nightly basis (the sensors have picked up raccoons, skunks, and opossums which we didn’t even know we had in suburbia), I think it’s amazing that we haven’t had to replace the batteries yet, and the light is still as strong as ever.

I saw a bunch of nonesense reviews about this, so had to post this when I saw what I actually received:a) It is authentic (attached image)b) It was shipped by Office Depot (not some swindler)c) Ordered in 2018. Manufactured in 2017. Lasts for 10 years…
