A PersonA Person –
Sale price May 2020 is $18.59 for the 8 pack of 2300mAH Energizer Power Plus rechargeable AA batteries. So far they have been very good. I checked them when I first opened them all, they were precharged to around 50% 1.21 volts average between the 8 of them all. They are 1.2 volt so they were charged as opposed to “dead” rechargeable batteries. I’ve only used them a couple cycles so far in my trail camera’s without any problems and have been saving money from buying disposable batteries that I need to buy more of every couple months and remember to take the old batteries to the store/s to recycle.

AA and AAA batteries are so expensive, I just don’t know why everyone wouldn’t use these rechargeable batteries. I have 4 of this same brand (Energizer) that I have used and recharged for over 10 years and still working well. My daughter, who lives with me, continues to buy regular AA and AAA batteries because so many devices require them these days but now that I have a fresh supply of rechargeables we will be recharging and reusing. Honestly, my camera lasts a very long time on these batteries and just a short time on regular ones, the ones that you just throw away. I feel like Energizer is the best brand and Amazon is the best place to get them, lightning fast delivery and perfect service.

In my view, you cannot go wrong with rechargeable batteries. I have a garbage can with a battery powered lid so there is no touching involved whatsoever, which is very nice. The problem was it was going through six AA batteries very quickly. I got to where I didn’t like throwing them away each time, and even new they didn’t seem powerful or last very long. That all changed with these rechargeable batteries. They are much more powerful and last a lot longer than the store bought non-rechargeable batteries. I am sold on rechargeables and plan to continue to add more and other sizes as time goes on.

I got these for a blood pressure monitor instead of airways plugging into the wall or replacing with alkaline batteries. This just go a month of use, who knows. I just recharge the batteries anyway, like keeping my cell phone charged on it’s wireless charger. For these the month of use means they data more than I need, as well as I don’t have to think about it. Month chargers means only down a bar, not on empty. It may depend on what you use them for. This is for a motor but only occasional use. Few minutes a day. I’d have to wait a year to speak about longevity. This is not nearly that long.

This review is for the “Energizer Rechargeable AA Batteries, NiMH, 2300 mAh, Pre-Charged, 8 count (Recharge Power Plus)” product. These rechargeable batteries work great in my Xbox 360 Controller for Windows. They keep a charge for a long time. I am currently playing The Division 2 and I always play for at least 4 hours at a time, (sometimes 6-8 hours). I put in a freshly charges pair of these batteries and they last for around a week with me playing everyday.I am very pleased and impressed with these batteries. I certainly do recommend them to anyone in need of rechargeable batteries that last for a good duration. I will purchase again.

Essentially this is a review that spans about 10 years.I have tried all the high end rechargeable batteries (enel**p, enel**p pro, Powe**x, etc) and over time, absolutely nothing compares to the longevity and effictive usefulness of the good ol Engergizer rechargeable batteries. While my applications now aren’t as demanding as before (Remotes and cat toys, before was DSLR cameras and flashes), I used both before and really never saw a reason to pay the premium for the high end batteries.I still use my MAHA charger that I have had for years and that may make a difference but, I have Energizer batteries that I have had and regularly use for 5+ years, and some of the others that I have had for a year or less that are already severely degraded. You can’t go wrong with these.

Longevity? Ask me that question in a year. However, I had some other rechargeable batteries. They would last about 6-7 nights in my sleep machine. I just got 12 nights from the Energizer Rechargeable AA Batteries. Simply outstanding. Same price as the other ones, so definitely a great buy. The “remote control” question throws me for a bit of a loop as I don’t control the batteries or the charger remotely. As far as using them in a remote, I don’t know yet, but I would not be surprised if they were great!!!

Since 2010 we have been using only these to power our devices. These, recharged by nuclear powered hamsters on tiny, yet appropriately-sized, excercise bikes. Sometimes we rent them out to do stunts in shitty Kia commercials. So when they are filming, it’s JUST the batteries, and we have had no issues. Except for the glowing hamster skat. That’s outta control. Had to start wearing sunglasses to bed, and my neighbors paid to tint my windows… on the inside. You get accustomed to the scent – or I can no longer smell on my slow crawl towards death from fallout.Either way, great batteries!

Please note these are 1.2 volt not 1.5 volt AA batteries. Ask yourself why Walmart and Family Dollar do NOT sell rechargeable batteries. I bought 4 nonrechargeable batteries at Family Dollar for $1.00. That is a cost of ..25 cents per battery.I bought 16 Energizer rechargeable batteries on Amazonsmile.com for $40.00 approximately. That is a cost of $2.50 per battery. The energizer batteries after fully charging have to be recharged again after less than 3 hours of run time in my battery powered strobe lights. But in my night lights that are motion detectors that only stay on for a few seconds when they detect motion I don’t have to recharge them for weeks. The .25 cent batteries from Family dollar that are not rechargeable are still running the strobe light that has been on 24/7 for over 80 hours. For $40.00 I could have purchased 160 nonrechargeable batteries and ran 1 strobe light 24/7 for at least 52 weeks in my estimation.
