I was skeptical that this machine would be strong enough to cut veggies… but it does! My kids even enjoy helping in the kitchen now. The blades are super sharp and easy to clean.I’m also impressed with the storage container. The blades fit nicely, so storage in a small kitchen is no problem.

I received mine today, and decided I wanted to slice some block cheese to go with crackers for a snack.I opened the package, and pulled out what looked to be an egg slicer. There was no slicer attachment other than that. So, I used that for my cheese. It worked pretty well for the size. Then I came online and looked at the features. I figure if the slicer held together when I used my hands to close and slice, it will be even better in the unit.

We’ve been looking for something better built than the mandolin we currently use to chop, dice and cut things. This is an all in 1 unit.Pretty pleased with everything so far. Does exactly what it needs to do with all of the attachments. Can’t wait to use it more as we cook every night of the week to maintain a healthy lifestyle.I love that the container holds everything so that it doesn’t make a mess like my other devices.

Have been playing with my multi functional Vegetable Chopper for a few days now, and really like it.Onions, peppers, Cilantro, Parsley and celery…are handled with ease. Have created some delicious egg omelets thanks to the very efficient way this chopper works. With all the attachments that come with this unit you will never need a knife and chopping board for mincing vegetables again.Even though not needed, the added lemon juicer and egg slicer was a nice bonus to the set. What I like most is the container provided for neatly storing away every single attachment (Even the lemon juicer and egg slicer.) Which is great; considering how very sharp some of these attachments are. What I like least is hand cleaning the attachments. They’re so sharp that washing them out by hand can be hazardous to your fingers. Even though I was so so careful cleaning them, I still got several paper cut size injuries for my efforts LOL!Guess that’s a good problem to have, but just telling you be extra careful when cleaning the attachments by hand (Those of you lucky enough to have a dishwasher need not worry.)Unit itself seems to be sturdy, but only time will tell. Curious how well the hinge for keeping the top closure fastened to the chopper portion will hold up over months of use.For $20 can’t complain though. Believe I have a winner here.

Opened up our new vegetable chopper and put it to the test! Made a fantastic LARGE chopped salad in about 10 minutes, as opposed to an hour or more, especially at this fine grade of chopping. Vegetables came out uniform and consistent. Had to “learn” the most efficient way to “pre-cut” the vegetables to ensure ease and consistency. For example, onions need to be quartered to minimize the elongated “curve” pieces (just like when chopping). Bell pepper sections need to be as flat as possible (chop both ends and then sides), celery in smaller 2 inch pieces. Avoid the temptation to overload the chopper. We started with half an onion, and while it moved through with a gentle rocking motion, the “curve” pieces of the onion were more exaggerated. This machine is AMAZING! We chop a lot of veggies for so many purposes. We moved to pico de gallo next. Egg chopper doesn’t work to slice tomatoes. Sliced the tomatoes and then ran through chopper and it worked great – especially the liquid center parts. Well done! Love it on day one. We’ll let you know if it doesn’t hold up to repeated use. Because in this household, we’ll be using it quite often!

The media could not be loaded.  If I hadn’t been desperate to ease dinner prep (due to a fussy newborn & hyper big brother), I would never have tried this. But it actually works!!! I just love it! It’s super easy to clean, & both set up & take down is fast. (wouldn’t have been much help otherwise!) i’ve been using it for two months now, and the blades are still sharp. Everything runs the dishwasher very durably.Total elapsed time in my video: one minute. The only thing I wish, is that it had one grate slightly larger, for stir fry sized cuts.

This is the third onion-vegetable chopper I’ve bought from Amazon, and it’s by far the sturdiest. The pusher component is literally three times as tall as on my prior units. The blade modules lock in place (no more jumping on harder vegetables, e.g., jicama. The mincing blade module is actually the proper grid size for mincing. The yolk separator is useful for when I make mayonnaise and need to separate 8 eggs quickly.I haven’t used the other accessories, but I look forward to trying the spiralizer, as the specialized tool I have for that purpose is awkward. The cleaning comb is useful, but one needs to be careful with it, since the tines are quite thin. I still use a brush in combination with the comb.I’m quite pleased with this tool, and I foresee a long life for it.

This thing really works, and the extra tools a bonus. Very sharp! I have problems chopping vegetables and peeling anything. I have a muscular dystrophy disease. I was able to accomplish in a 1/4 of a time. Cleaning is a little extra, but they give you the tools for that too. Finally a gadget I didn’t waste my money on. Time and strength saver.

I’ve purchased many electric choppers and none of them actually chop. they’ll liquefy and if careful they’ll chop but unevenly. I bought this and love it. It’s more labor-intensive than throwing everything in an electric emulsifier but its perfect. I live alone and it’s hard to find the right size portions of anything.I have a bulk produce store about a mile from my house. I can buy 5/6 of each different color bell pepper for just a few dollars and save 70% of what I’d pay at the supermarket.I chop, mix and freeze these peppers along with onions, potatoes, squash, etc. I freeze them about two layers thick, in gallon-size laid flat plastic freezer bags. I can mix, match, everything I want in a receipt by breaking off only as much as I want of each.I highly recommend this chopper.

I was reading a cookbook and the author discussed using a vegetable chopper. So I bought one. I have had it for a few weeks. It chops quite well. A few hints: make sure onions are on the grid in the correct orientation. If not you get onion slivers not diced onion. Must use pressure to chop. Bell peppers cut best with the outside down. Cleaning is much easier if you remove the grid. Chopping is easy. I like the size of the container underneath. Changing the grid is easy. Although I thought the other tools were silly I have found that the vegetable peeler makes nice sized and attractive carrot slivers. I like the product more than I thought I would
