My dog was recovering from a wound and the linen sheets I used as his bedding were riddled with blood stains. I thought I’d have to throw them away once he was completely healed. However, I wanted to clean his bedding after a few days, so I threw them in my washer with two of these Tide pods. When the sheets came out, there were NO blood stains – not even a hint of one. I almost hit the floor. I didn’t even use cold water! I used the hottest water because I was trying to clean any germs off of them. I was so shocked and excited. I wouldn’t have to throw away these beautiful linen sheets! So, ladies, gents, if you are tired of razor nick blood stains on your expensive sheets (or drool, or probably anything else), worry no more. This stuff really works.

I bought this because I didn’t want to go to Walmart and interact with people. I also don’t like measuring out liquid so this was a better, easier alternative for when you need to start adulting. Does what it needs to do but cheaper and more quantity!

Work as should. But took 10 days to deliver. For being a prime member with 2 day deliver. Everything now is a week to 2 weeks delivery. And they want to charge more for prime…lol.

I decided to try Tide Pods when I read how many loads I was supposed to have gotten out of my bottle of detergent, and estimated how many loads I had actually gotten. I’ve been using these for several weeks now, and this seems like a great product for a single guy with a grueling job who doesn’t want to faff about on laundry day. My clothes don’t seem any cleaner, but they sure aren’t any less clean. I discontinued the use of color-safe bleach with this switch, and I’m getting the expected number of loads out of a supply of detergent now. I haven’t actually taken time to crunch the numbers, but I feel like the improvements in efficiency offset the increased cost, and this system is no more expensive than my old method of doing laundry. Plus I never have to clean out coagulated blue goo. They’re just a win in my book.

I use to spend 30 seconds of my precious time pouring tide into the cap of my detergent bottle and then pouring it into my laundry. Now I can save 25 seconds off my laundry time by just picking a tide pod and throwing it in. I can say this over a few months really saves time for me. I know it sounds lazy but it really does make my laundry time easy.If you are looking for the most efficient way to do your laundry without giving up on tide quality I would say this is a must have. It does cost a little more but its really as easy as grabbing a pod and throwing it in!

i have a moderate addiction to the original Tide scent. no, seriously. i have tide pods, downy unstoppables w/original Tide scent, tide scented air AND fabric AND antibacterial febreeze..and the tide scented febreeze car fresheners.🙃🤷🏼♀️this is the best price i’ve found for the quantity unless there’s a coupon or sale at hy-vee, walmart, or target. even then it’s still slightly more expensive, or occasionally the same price. prime is just a million times more convenient when all i need in-store is pods.😬i did switch the the cold water PODS for a very short period of time because we wash everything in cold water only..immediately noticed a serious lack in the strength of the scent and how long it lasted regardless of the fact that i also use the unstoppable bead things. switched back to these and everything is smelling nice and clean again. :)

Hi,I used to use another brand of clothes detergent, but my friend swears by Tide, so I Tried Tide pod detergent, and I like it , it really does clean clothes and my whites , beddin really good! But then I thought I’ll save some money and go back to useing my regular pod detergent, and then I noticed my Whites were not coming out clean white, even beddin with bleach weren’t white, and I couldn’t figure out what’s wrong? My washer and dryer are only a year old! I wash all whites in Hot water, my detergent and with bleach and nothing was working, and so one nite my son said ma can’t you smell that bleach? I can smell it upstairs on the second floor? I felt so bad because anyone could have gotten sick, ! My washer & dryer are in my livening house, not in my cellar! So I said that’s it! I was trying everthing and I over used bleach, which is very harmfull ,now I measure how much I use! And I figured out that hey I’m going back to useing Tide pod detergent! I never noticed a difference until I switched from my brand to Tide and then I wanted to save some money and go back to my cheaper brand clothes detergent, but that’s when everything change, and I realized my brand was not cleaning as good as Tide! Seriously, I grew up where you were taught to pick and choose ,, buy wisely! Names didn’t mean it’s a better product, ! But Tide just Works much better, so if I have to pay more well my clothes, bedding etc. are worth it! We pay enough on them , To purchase them! So now I ‘m gonna clean them Right the first time! I seriously had to have a talk with my husband , because we both were brought up to spend money wisely and store brand were just as good as big brand names, well we still believe that, read ingredients! But We will stick with Tide pod Detergent from now on, its worth it to have nice clean , fresh smelling whites right from my washing machine! No more washing everything twice! Tide works! All you have to do is get over the price and realize your worth it, , ! Thanks,I really hope this helps viewers! Good luck . Thanks K.Reddin

I had never really heard of these until about 8 months ago when my gf told me to try them. I had been using the regular liquid detergent prior to giving this a try and I would either use to much or not enough detergent in washing my clothes. With this product it’s actually saved me money in the fact that I can normally get twice the amount of wash loads in for the same size, volume and price of what I use to pay with the liquid detergent. The only downside I can see with tide pods is the risk of small children possibly grabbing one and trying to eat it. Other than that I’m overall I’m very pleased tide pods and highly recommend them plus Amazon generally has excellent coupons available of these and similar products.

I was raised in a larger family on a budget and my mom always bought the cheapest detergent. I don’t remember any problems with the cheap stuff – our clothes were always clean and free of stains. When I was first on my own I refused to buy the more expensive laundry detergents out of principle. Why waste money on stuff that gets rinsed away when the cheaper stuff does the same thing? I would occasionally splurge on Gain fabric softener, though! So… I moved into a place without washer hookups and had to haul my stuff to a laundromat. And I dutifully hauled my jug of Sun/Xtra/store brand in the basket. And on one rainy night after a crummy day, I was at the laundromat trying to fit two weeks of clothes, towels and bedding into as many machines as possible at once to save time when I RAN OUT OF SUN DETERGENT. (Omg! Silly, I know!) So what do I do? Do I go to the vending machine and spend half of my remaining quarters on a tiny box of detergent? Do I run across the street in the rain to the convenience store? Do I come back another day? But then the heavens shined a light down in the form of a nice couple who saw me trying to get every drop out of my now empty jug. They generously offered me a couple of their original Tide Pods! I was so grateful, but then they had to explain what to do with them – drop the pod in the drum of an EMPTY washer, add clothes, then water – the same order I was taught to wash using regular liquid or powder detergent as a kid. So I proceed with the rest of my laundry, get home, re-make my bed, put the clothes away, and exhaustedly collapse in bed.I wake up the next morning to something I’ve never smelled before – something wonderful, very light and clean. My bedding was washed in a load with the Tide Pods! I sat up and *really* felt my sheets. They felt so different and even looked cleaner. I was amazed that laundry detergent could do that. The most amazing thing is that the scent lasted for like a week. I immediately decided I would buy a small bag of original Tide Pods that day. It was tough paying for a small bag knowing I can get a huge amount of the cheap brands for the same price. But now I shop sales and never buy without a coupon. I love that Amazon offers manufacturers coupons on these kinds of purchases, too.Im still using Tide Pods now that I’m back in a house with a washing machine and I couldn’t be happier. I have one of the older, non-HE machines and I’ve never had issues with the pod not dissolving or staining clothes. But I definitely think it is important to always add the Pods to the empty drum first, then add clothes, then water. This way the pod gets extra time to dissolve while the water is pouring and it won’t dissolve on top of the clothes.Yay, Tide!

I first understood the hype of Tide Pods as a healthy snacking alternative to other greasy or sugary foods, but one ended up in the pocket of my pants accidentally while they went through the laundry and CHANGED! MY! LIFE! While I still enjoy the gusher-like burst of Tide Pods, they REALLY work wonders for my clothes too. Never again will I have to worry about using too much or too little detergent from a bottle because all I have to do is throw one of these bad boys in with everything else! No spills, no mistakes, just A POD!
