The media could not be loaded. It seems pretty durable he’s already done a little bit damage to it so I honestly don’t know how long it will last it comes with cat nip and I forgot that my cat is very aggressive and cat nap so most likely he will destroy it very quickly

I have tons of cardboard scratchers for my 3 cats and was not looking for more. But this came up as a suggested item and was on sale so I said what the heck. It’s thinner than most scratchers, but since it goes on the wall, you don’t want it sticking out too far. One of my cats instantly took to it and scratches it ALL THE TIME. The others like it too though. I like that it gives them a different angle than the flat ones or the inclined ones. I used the included adhesive strips and it is very firmly stuck. It’s been at least a month and it’s still solid. Might be a pain to get them off the wall but honestly, I’ll probably always have a scratcher mounted in that spot now so who cares? Glad I purchased!!

Okay for starters, the price compared to anything I’ve seen in store or on chewy cannot be beat. It’s sturdy and it comes with a packet of rub in catnip so it’s not flaky and messy. She instantly was drawn to it. We got this because like most cats she just loves to scratch everything she shouldn’t. We had a poster on the wall where we put it and she constantly would try and scratch it and bring it down. She lays on the cardboard scratching house in the photo all the time and for whatever reason just that isn’t enough to scratch lol. My only complaint is the adhesive Velcro fell instantly when she started scratching it so we had to nail it at the top. Other than that it’s amazing, holds up to cats that over actively scratch. Plus it’s cheap.

I love these scratch boards. I purchased three and hung up two, and gave the third to my son for his cat. It took some time for my cats to start using them. My cats love chasing a laser, so while they were chasing it, I pointed the laser to each board. One of my cats chased the light right up to the board and started scratching. I’ve been fortunate, so far, that the boards have stayed mounted. I hope I haven’t jinxed it now!I do want to know how to use the catnip on it. Since there is no solid back on the boards, the catnip powder will just fall through. There’s probably a real simple process too it and I feel dumb not knowing! 🤷♀️😂😂

The media could not be loaded. He NEVER likes anything and he LOVES this… I stuck it to the tile floor and it has not moved at all no matter how much force he uses when scratching, rubbing, sitting, etc… will be buying more. I’ve thrown out a lot of expensive scratching posts, trees, toys. I wish I had gone this less expensive route long ago. I’m happy he finally has one he loves. At his age (13) I’m happy when he’s happy.

Don’t care much for the velcro mounting. However if you just take a two inch screw and hit a stud in the wall its secured more then enough.

Bought this cat scratcher to hang on the wall. We have set them on the floor and they work just fine but the cats don’t use them as much when flat on the floor. It comes with Velcro squares to attach to each corner of the pad and also to stick to the wall(or floor). The cats instantly started using it the moment we hung it up. We have gone through 4 scratch pads so far. The original sticky Velcro squares we put on the wall are still the ones we use when we mount a new one. Might have some paint come off when we take them off and move out of the apartment but we will worry about that when the time comes. The nice thing is when one side gets worn out, you can flip it to the other side. When you rotate the pad, you have to remove the Velcro from the one side of the pad and place them on the other. You are essentially removing sticky Velcro from cardboard and trying to stick it back on to cardboard. The Velcro doesn’t want to stick as good and we have used glue to help keep it attached. It’s understandable as you are using the same piece of Velcro and these aren’t meant to last a long time so it’s really no problem. Especially for the price. Overall a nice cheap scratcher but really only good for maybe a month depending on the number of cats and amount of use.

I have three cats in my house hold and I purchased this to hang on my door near my couch. I was hoping having vertical scratching available near by they would stop scratching my couch. With the reviews about the adhesive I was worried that it wouldn’t hold up to their relentless and vigorous scratching. I am happy to say that it did!All three cats seem you really enjoy it and it is holding up well! It’s been hung for over a week and it’s usual several times a day between all three of them. Happy to say it is still holding strong.I don’t think it was any replacement for the couch but I am very happy to have an non-intrusive scratcher that doesn’t take up any floor or otherwise useful space.

The media could not be loaded. Yes yes yes! This is working out really well! I have adopted two young adult kitties. While we have had them for a few months now, we are all still getting to know each other. I have observed that my one girl likes stretching up walls, especially near doorways. She is weird, but I suspect some of it is to mark her space and to feel more comfortable. I have also noted that she takes to the more vertical cat scratchers in the house. So as I was looking at other scratchers, I saw this. For $8, I figured it was worth the try. SO GLAD I saw this and bought this.It attaches to wall using included velcro strips. It definitely secures well to the wall because my girl took to this scratcher instantly. I placed it up high on the wall, but I think I could go a few more inches. She seems to love fully stretching out and just going to town digging into the scratcher. It is holding up really well too! And, it comes with a little packet of silver vine powder. It’s a fine powder, kinda looks like cinnamon. I have used catnip & silver vine combos before, but never just silver vine and never a fine powder. This is potent cat crack stuff. Can I buy more??? The two girls were flipping around in the hallway just from smelling it in the air around the scratcher. The one girl hadnt even used the scratcher yet.So yeh, all around pleasing experience with this product, and I am already adding another to my shopping cart for use elsewhere in house. Keep it budget friendly and I will keep buying more.
